Yes I have a great anti aging skin care line and yes my creams do work wonders, but sometimes the rigors of working as an ER doc and staying up for over 24 hours take their toll and those dreaded undereye circles appear. I can't tell you how many times I have moaned "I am so tired" as I meet with friends after minimal sleep and they say "well you don't look it". So what is my secret? In addition to my great anti puffy dark cirle eye cream from Bella Rosa skin care my other secret weapon is the undereye concealer. I've tried them all and the absolute best is Laura Mercier's. Cle de Peu makes a great one that is more moisturizing for the winter but Laura Mercier's is superior.
So when your body is aching with fatigue at least you can still look good!

Summer skin care
Summer is undoubtedly the best time of the year. We are all outdoors a whole lot more, but so is our skin...
How best to take care of your skin?
Sunscreen is a no-brainer, but which kind to use? If you have sensitive skin a lot of the sunscreens available can be irritating and cause breakouts and/or irritation. A good way for women to take care of summer skin is use a tinted moisturizer or sheer foundation. I like Sisley's sheer foundation which is purely natural and nonirritating. Laura Mercier makes a very good highly rated tinted moisturizer.
During the summer go for the minimum of makeup and moisturize well to protect from the elements. Be carefull with products that contain retinol or other harsh antia ging ingredients since when you are in the sun you can cause increased inflammation and irritation.
Consider taking Heliocare a supplement that reduces damage produced by the sun.
Plain old aloe vera is a great solution for sunburns and if they are really rough consider a mild steroid such as hyrdrocortisone for a very short time.
