Skin Firming

There are a lot of products that claim to "firm" and lift the skin. So exactly how do these products work?
Many of these products are very good moisturizers and by adding moisture will naturally plump up the epidermis and also add a dewiness. Many of them also contain caffeine or its derivatives that will increase blood flow to the skin and decrease puffiness and "sagginess" Caffeine like derivatives include ginseng and horsetail extract, when you look at the chemical makeup of these caffeine is present.
So are they worth the money?
I think they are worth a try but if you are looking for a cheaper alternative, mist skin with some green tea extract and apply a good moisturizer.

I use a product (Hydropeptide) that is a really good moisturizer and anti aging cream. I think getting enough sleep, eating healthy and drinking enough water helps rejuvenate the skin and then along with that you can use an anti aging cream to also rejuvenate and hydrate the skin. I use a few products from Hydropeptide and it has made all the difference.
